Shift!

While this is the year of increase, there has been a shift in the spirit.

THIS IS A NEW SEASON!

When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.” Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.”

When they had so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. So they signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink. When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees and said, “Go away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man!” For he and all his companions were astonished at the catch of fish they had taken, and so were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, Simon’s partners.

Then Jesus said to Simon, “Don’t be afraid; for now on you will catch men.”

Luke 5:1 -11

I’m sure the above-mentioned scripture reference is a very familiar passage of scriptures because we all want increase; we all want abundance.

However, I’m afraid that we’re so focused on the deep, we’re so focused on the net, and we’re so focused on the catch…that we have yet to get a revelation of who Jesus really is!

There was only one person who got the revelation of who Jesus was…and that was Peter! The scripture tells us that when Peter saw this, when He saw the miracle, the supernatural provision, he fell at Jesus’ knees. In other words, he didn’t just see an abundance…Peter had a revelation of who Jesus really was!

In this season, we must come to the understanding that the miracles, the supernatural provisions are so that we can get a revelation of who Jesus is.

In this season, God wants to reveal Himself to you!

So if all you see is provision, you will never see The Provider.

Jesus spoke to the one who got the revelation:

It’s time to shift from catching fish to catching men!

Shift! Get a revelation of who Jesus is!

This is the will of God concerning you.
